Sunday  oooh Sunday! My fellow assistant photographers,  fotog photos and Jessie Valdivia went off rolling, climbing, running, and walking in the city of Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Brea, Chino Hills, and Carbon Canyon. I know you are probably thinking how the heck did we manage in time. I really can’t tell you the specifics, but all i have to say it was fast pace. In a few days, i will be showing more images from our day with Mike and Brittany. Here is a preview!

Jeff and Katie, all i have to say is that both of you are awesome and natural within images. From traveling and eyeing around for a location that describes the type of feel i wanted for this shoot, Carbon Canyon is the place for urban and vintage photoshoots. Despite the old fashion road and a stench behind the bushes, we made this area come to life.

One day before Valentine’s day! What do you have planned for tomorrow evening? Everything is a surprise! I would share my  secrets for the “guys”, but i can’t since my girlfriend is probably reading this blog right now. I should keep my mouth shut and share with you what is about to come later.

During the week, the fotog crew went out to search for lands of field for our upcoming Urban Photo Shoot. As i remember about a year or two ago that there was a fire in Carbon Canyon, Chino Hills. It was a fire that lasted for weeks, which devastated the entire city of Corona, Yorba Linda, and Chino Hills. To bring the remembrance of what happened, i thought it would be neat to bring life into an image from capturing what is left of it. With the assistance of Jessie, we both took our lovely friends Jeff and Katie. With the naturalistic approach and mixture of vintage theme, the day was an accomplishment. I kept on crossing my fingers and praying that it would not rain on Saturday. As i woke up knowing that someone is listening to me. The clouds came over and not a single drop of water rinse over me. Driving from one highway to the next with my lovely partner Megan on the passenger side. We rapidly scope out the doors of Norwalk, California. Meeting with one of our fellow photographers, Jessie, who has introduced us to a wonderful couple named Mark and Ridi. As the day progresses into a new beginning for these two young couples, their lives were about to change. From the kiss that spelled out love to laughters from the crowd, Mark and Ridi was officially married. It was pleasure to be able to share the moments with them. Congratulations Mark and Ridi!

February 6, 2010 9:00 am. Megan, Jessie, and i drove to the bride’s house to sneak up on her to get some morning shots. Every bride seems to be always embarrass at first knowing that they are not fully ready for the big day. As i always see it, the before and after images of a makeover does not say much in an image other than the memories of an eventful day. We all enjoyed the laughter that was shared between the bride and her bridesmaids. Happy tears seen in their eyes knowing that their girlfriend is moving onto a new life. The day was unforgettable.

I deeply enjoyed these cultural weddings and i’m excited to be able to share to you what i have photographed at The Villa.

I must say, Cooper sure have been apart of my life for the past 6 months. Just looking back on this image i took of him just when he was only 8 weeks old. This double chin, rambunctious, clumsy, and  human-like dog brings a smile to my face everyday. Despite of the past incident of chewing and tearing up my wall, i can’t stand being mad at his cute Shiba Inu’s face!!!  Come back for more images of Cooper. He’s getting bigger!!!

My love, my partner, my assistant photographer, and my dearest girlfriend Megan Pangan! We spent our Sunday in the backyard of Yorba Linda, which was where i grew up since a toddler! I would say nothing has changed about the area other than just more supermarkets. The thing i love about the atmosphere of Yorba Linda will have to be the nature scenery. The city just takes care of the area so well that i never want to leave!

The week sure have gone by fast. Maybe i’ve been in my room for so long and not paying attention to time. Is that a healthy thing? I do exercise….. Last weekend i had the opportunity to photography David and Candice’s engagement session. We went from one corner of Santa Monica to the next. It was fun and exciting to see two couples that just fall for each other in front of the camera. As the day progressed, i learned something new about David and Candice–they are dancers! Salsa or tango??? But anyways, they were good! If you guys ever need any dance lessons, one of the image you see below was taken at Tango Practica! Feel free to drop by there and put on those dancing shoes.

New year, new website, new friends, and new faces. Over the weekend, it’s been quite the adventure going from one shoot to another. Here is a preview of what is coming up later this week!

It’s nice to be able to walk outside after a week of rain. Especially being inside the house for so long, i just felt my time wasn’t being spent well. More time around the television and less time with friends. Therefore, yesterday i was able to photograph a portrait session of Bryan and Alessandra. Megan Pangan, Jessie Valdivia, and myself were the paparazzi. All i could say is thank goodness for sunshine!!!
