My love, my partner, my assistant photographer, and my dearest girlfriend Megan Pangan! We spent our Sunday in the backyard of Yorba Linda, which was where i grew up since a toddler! I would say nothing has changed about the area other than just more supermarkets. The thing i love about the atmosphere of Yorba Linda will have to be the nature scenery. The city just takes care of the area so well that i never want to leave!

It’s nice to be able to walk outside after a week of rain. Especially being inside the house for so long, i just felt my time wasn’t being spent well. More time around the television and less time with friends. Therefore, yesterday i was able to photograph a portrait session of Bryan and Alessandra. Megan Pangan, Jessie Valdivia, and myself were the paparazzi. All i could say is thank goodness for sunshine!!!

To start off my 2010, i have promised myself to start blogging as much as possible. Those that know me, i am a nursing student full-time at California State University, Fullerton. Nursing has and will always be one of my passion in life. Wedding photography is just not a job, but something that i also love doing. It keeps me sane when i go through certain phases in nursing and seeing tragedies that i wish i never saw. I figured life is tough managing two things at once, but ” i got to do, what i have to do.”

Let’s go back in time… right about last summer in June. I had the privilege to photograph an important moment of Matthew’s life. Bar Mitzvah! It was fun and i just loved the location. Megan Pangan, my girlfriend who is also a photographer assisted me on the event. It took place in Manhattan Beach at the Shade Hotel. One thing i can’t forget about this event is how much love that was put into it. Matthew’s parents had planned everything from the ground up to make the day memorable for their son. Enjoy!

Summer time is here and the sky is bright and clear! Sorry i’ve been M.I.A for awhile since many adventures and events took place within the month of June and July. To further update, my girlfriend including her family and I went on a trip to Hawaii and scoped the entire island. We had rented a blue color PT Cruiser that took us from one destination to another. I eventually got car sick since the roads were not that nice to me. After the trip, i recently went to Lake Tahoe for a vacation with my girlfriend, Megan Pangan, for our anniversary. It was time for us to get away from our usual life and live outdoors for a weekend. The trip was very worth the price, however, as we were driving on the 5 freeway heading south; my friend’s mini van broke down causing the entire group stranded in 90+ temperature. We all made it home safely which was 5 am the next morning. I’ll be updating you guys more images from my trip.

However, the real reason for this post is a wonderful wedding that i had second shoot for Carson at the Muckenthaler Museum, Fullerton. It was a gorgeous day and everything was set up perfectly. The wedding had all the imaginable decorations that i want within a wedding. Tom and Rachel were a lovely couple to shoot. I had a wonderful time guys and thank you for having me there on your wedding day.

I am excited to finally be able to show my work. I hope everyone likes it. If you don’t, please don’t be afraid to criticize my work because that is how i can improve on what i love to do. Well these pictures that i am posting has been taken from the past two months. Enjoy!
