Daniel and Gabrielle

December 28, 2008

The eyes that are created for us to see each other and our surroundings can say many words. We use it to show affection toward one another as the pupil enlarges. The eye is a powerful part of us, which we should protect at all times in order to capture the memories we see. As you are viewing, or about to lure yourself into my images, please take the time to build a story upon them. I have created this post in a way that you can relive my moments that i captured during Daniel and Gabrielle’s special day. Once again, i want to thank Daniel and Gabrielle for their patients. As well, i want to give a special thanks to Doug who helped me on this day. Thank you All!

Daniel & Gabrielle Lopez

December 27, 2008

The day was perfect for these two couples to speak upon their love for each other. Showing their affections and intimacy during the ceremony  toward one another made Daniel and Gabrielle’s day filled with love. I am grateful in being their photographer on this special day. It effects me in a way how “love” should be express between couples. The heart tells that these two couples have a strong chemistry within the moments i captured their memories of joy. Take this time to sink yourself in this image. Before i end it with a short notice, i want to thank my friend and a excellent photographer, Doug, for being able to assist me on this day. If you have never heard of Doug, you could learn more about his work in wedding photography at WWW.TOFURIOUS.COM.

Thank you for visiting and please come back for more images on this day. Here is one to start you off.

Rio: Wonderful :) Me and my sister really had a great time looking on it.

Kissmas Party

December 26, 2008

To the season to be jolly, FAH LA LA LA LA LA LA … I don’t know the rest of the lyrics. Kissmas was an awesome event. I got to meet great people, and expanded my connections within the profession of photography. Lucky me, i won Dane Sanders book, an amazing photographer who wrote “Fast Track Photographer”. Here are some pictures to relive my moments, don’t mind me.

Family Christmas Gathering

December 25, 2008

Love, laughter, and joyful moments that are shared between my cousins. Despite the distance in age, we all managed to stay close in contact and never let go of the memories we had together since the childhood years. 21 years of my life spending each Christmas with my family is always something i look forward to. I  am grateful to have a family that cares for one another. I know in some families there’s a lack of that “love” from one another, or hatred between family members. We have to push away all the grudges and anger that have been held for so long and just let it go. As you are reading this, come together with your family and celebrate this Christmas Eve and cherish those memories. Happy Christmas Everyone from KLVPhotography!

Wooosh! Wash! Sound of the waves breaking as i started out my day in Laguna Beach, California. One of my favorite places to visit on my own leisure time would be ” A Thousand Steps”. For those that never been there, it’s one of the most exclusive places to get away just from crowded cities to polluted cars. You’re probably wondering, walking down a thousand steps is a lot of work since you have to walk it back up. Actually it’s just a name, there is only about 700 steps. Yeah, i know… Not a lot difference between 700 and 1000.

Well Christine and I managed to succeed this task by making the best out of this photoshoot. She was exhausted of coarse after our day was over. However, i got beautiful images of her just living the summer dream. For your information, i took these photos in July of 2008. I just felt like posting it now since many of us miss the “summer fun” where the sun just sets around 8 pm. On the other hand, the rain is a good sign to make plants greener, but i love the sun!

Danielle

December 18, 2008

Do you ever wish that everything could be done in time? Well, I do. Sorry I haven’t been blogging for weeks since school has been keeping me busy. Finals are finally over and now i could concentrate in what i love to do, which is “Photography”.

I want share you some of the pictures that i took last month that i was not able to blog. Life has been difficult, but being able to continue my journey in photography is always something i look forward to. I will be blogging more often, however, i want to start you with, Danielle. She is a model and an actress who is currently playing different roles in life in order to pursue her goals. The day was warm and the sun was just about to set. These pictures were taken at Melrose, Los Angeles. I love the unique clothing that Danielle wore to define herself and personality.

Heather

December 8, 2008

Two days before doing a bridal shoot on Heather, the weather was not as appealing to whip out the camera and make a person smile in the rain. But the timing was right and “fingers crossing” paid it’s way off to make my Saturday worth the shot. Natalie and I drove with Heather ,Lauren (our videographer), and Kristin to the hills of Newport Beach to catch our highlights of the day. The sun was at it’s peak. Everything was just perfect!
