It was not too long ago that Megan and I had the honor in capturing one of the largest weddings of 2011. Kate and Binh chose a beautiful place to have their wedding ceremony and reception. Decor by Thomas Bui, brought the venue with even more sparks. This gorgeous wedding was taken place at Vibiana located in Downtown Los Angeles.

The past Sunday, Ryan Prigan introduced me to an incoming contestant for Miss California 2012 representing Los Angeles. Being her first time modeling, Paige Acuna had that distinguish look that i knew our day outdoors was worth the shots. Throughout the event, i guided her through various techniques that brought out more of her facial features. With a little use of external lighting, these images turned out beautiful! In December, Megan Julia, William Kim, Brian Fletcher, and I will be planning our next trip with her in Santa Monica. Be sure to vote for her when the time comes! Over the summer, Megan and I photographed their engagement in Downtown Los Angeles. This time Josh Yu, Brian Fletcher, Julian, the couples, and I went out into the wilderness in 97 degrees Fahrenheit. The biggest challenge was carrying all the gears down a slope that was all graveled. Traveling in the hottest time of year was unexpected. Luckily, i found a shaded area to photograph James and Susan. As the day went smoothly ignoring the sunburn on my face, this shoot was definitely fun and adventurous. I want to thank those that came out to experience shooting in hot climate.
